how is PPV carried out in multi storied buldings? how is it possible to carry the fans to such heights?

Same as in any other building, if you can get an exaust opening. If your to high up for ladders you have to do it after youve made entry. Its really handy for pressurizing stairwells.
How is it possible to carry it? Grab the handles and lift.
