James Doohan, AKA Scotty, has died. Sad day for all Star Trek fans.
I grew up watching this show and it was always one of my favorites.

We were in this little Greek resturant ordering dinner when I heard the news on the TV.... sad day in Trekkie Land for sure. I guess this means there wont be a Star Trek 27 with the original crew eh.

Scottie was the man. He wore a red shirt almost the entire time, and never got wasted. I have to say, next to Spock, he was my favorite character.

I agree. Did you guys know that he (Jimmy Doohan) was in WW2 and lost a finger landing on Juno Beach on D-Day?
