NJ State new TICS?

I've been hearing that the state may be ordering some new TICs for NJ companies now I just heard this from one person, anyone else know of this?

Well, for about 5 or 6 years now, NJ has offered to provide a TIC for each Department in the state. If, like we had, you had already purchased a TIC before the program started, you could get $6000 "refunded" to your department to cover the cost of the purchase. NJ made a deal with Bullard to provide the cameras. I'm sure the program is still in place, but not real sure if there are any Departments (not companies) that have not already done one or the other. I would not count on NJ "upgrading/replacing" cameras for everyone just for the fun of it.
