Needed Equipment

Hello to everyone. I'm the fire chief of a very poor rural dept. We are in dire need a some extrication equipment. Maybe you have some or know someone who has some old equipment that would be willing to donate to our dept. All we need is a spreader, cutter and power unit that would be capabilable of cutting to top off a car and or opening a door. Thank-you very much for your help.
