As the story mentions..one of the girls was a daughter of one of our own. I don't know how she got mixed up in this mess. This is the 2nd child of a firefighter that we've laid to rest in 6 months!

Insult to injury...two doors down is a lot where a house once stood where our 1st LODD was.. This April 13th is the ten year anniversary of that fateful night. Brittany's dad was 1st due at that fire and was injured in the explosion.

Several tragedy's have plauged that block in recent years...


I really hate that block.

God be with her and her family.

A very sad story. I will not speculate as to the reason for this vicious crime, but it serves as a cautionary tale to those young (and old) foks out there who hang around the wrong crowd.
