minced fresh scallops with onion,chives,ginger, lime juice and zest, then shaped into patties, pan seared, then baked. served with a cilantro-lime mayonnaise
Steamed Baby Potatoes
served tossed with butter and freshly minced chives
Endive and Mango Salad
served tossed with a champagne-wine vinegarette
