Help with patch/logo design and colors

My company, The Trout Brook Engine & Hose Company, is in the process of designing a new patch/logo for the rigs and firehouse. Currenty our logo is a very wimpy looking trout holding a hose, definitely not cutting it!! I had a friend of mine sketch out a concept, and it came out great, but its only a rough sketch. Well, I need to find someone to clean it up a bit, and put some color into it, we want to stick with the colors of the original trout. If anyone is willing to help us out with this, I would really appreciate. We wouldnt hesitate to throw you a few bucks in the process too!

go to this web page. They are great and I'm sure there are others out there but we had a very good experience with them from start to finish. I think they do some work for FDNY so I'm sure they can handle any size order and design.
