It's called show prep... and it is repeated in television studios all over the country for the eyeopener, Noon, 6 and 11 PM news.

At least he has hair to mess with... :D

After 29 years in the network TV business, I've seen it all. You can't imagine the vanity displayed before the red lights go on. With all the studio lights...and the distortion of camera lenses...makeup is applied to minimize these "on the air." The stories I could tell....but I won't.;)
