Added the date to the calender. I've never gone before. I'll have to see if I can make it this year.

Yup me and the family are going. I will be be doing the Extrication Competition with the West Shore team. If you haven't benn you there it is a good time.

havent been in a long time ............but when I did go couldnt beat it. Great parade, apparatus displays, vendors and atmosphere. This year I will be going near Cleveland for a FF lecture with some of the internet posters you see here.

I came down Friday and Saturday. By the time I arrived, almost everyone was packed up! What happened? Beer tent open and everyone else close?

Note to self: Get there EARLY next year

they pack up early friday night to go to the beer barn. If they aren't there then they are either at the hotel in Grayling or at one of the campgrounds in the area.
