Want to make money for your volunteer fire department, or for your department's favourite charity? Then check out the first ever 2 in 1 Male and Female firefighter calendar!
It's a great way to support the fight to cure Muscular Dystrophy and other neuromuscular diseases, AND raise money for your own department.
Here's how it works: There are two components involved with respect to the calendar-charity and fundraising.
Each year a core charity is selected to be a recipient of revenue generated via calendar sales, and the funds are directed to that designated charity (this year-Muscular Dystrophy).
In addition to raising money for charity, the calendar has also proven to be an effective fundraising tool for smaller organizations, particularly volunteer fire departments.
For every copy sold by a particular organization, a portion of the proceeds will be kept by the selling organization. Many volunteer fire departments have found this to be an easy way to raise money within their communities for the purchase of gear, equipment and community safety programs.
The calendar is dedicated to the memory of Mattie Stepanek (1991-2004)
