This is not the first issue he has played the game of changing his mind to accomodate the winds of the populace for his own benefit, nor will it be the last.

For those who like Kerry, beware what you wish for, you might just get it. I may not like Bush a whole lot, but I damned sure trust him more than Kerry, and at least I know he will stick to his beliefs and statements, unlike his competitor.
