North Shore Community College in Danvers offers a great Fire Science program. About half the courses are online only requireing a one day in class orientation.

Although have done 3 online classes so far.......I didnt like them. I feel that you lose alot of the expierience and all of the discussion that you can from a traditional class room. Plus there is no real way to ask questions in real time. And you still have to pay the full credit fee for what alot of people feel is half the class.

The last I heard, Salem State did a fire science program at the B.S level.
I got my B.S. in Fire Science at Anna Maria college in Paxton, just west of Worcester http://www.annamaria.edu .
There are a few on-line B.S. programs out there too but not many.

sharkie.
The director of the FS program died 2 years ago.
The FS program over is very shakey and courses are often cancelled from lack of PROFESSORS.
I sure hope it improves by the time I go there.:(
