San Diego County RCS wireless division has stop using the services of one of it's contracted radio tech's a Hank Wayne due to a string of thefts of digital radios :o taken while he was at fire stations alone doing installs in some of the counties emergency trucks. He has also told people he was a city Fire fighter and wears a fire fighters outfit.
