Mom Accused Of Stripping At Son's Party Heads To Jail

MERCER, Pa. -- A Pennsylvania mom is going to jail for allegedly stripping at her teenage son's birthday party.

Prosecutors charged that 35-year-old Patricia Johnson provided the entertainment when plans to ride go-carts fizzled. Thursday, a judge sentenced Johnson to serve three to 15 months in jail.

She pleaded guilty last month to a misdemeanor corruption charge and furnishing alcohol to minors. But Johnson didn't admit she stripped for the 13- to 16-year-old boys at a hotel. Authorities said Johnson bought beer for her son and three friends -- and licked their faces while she did her striptease act.

Johnson said her unusual behavior was fueled by pills and alcohol.

Castlewood mother facing charges

WATERTOWN — A Castlewood woman is accused of stocking a rented Suburban with alcohol and a handgun and sending five teens on a road trip.

Tammy Jo Bau, 39, is charged with three counts of contributing to the delinquency of a child and five counts of giving alcohol to a child, Hamlin County State's Attorney Justin Hyde said.

Hyde said that in mid-March, Bau rented the SUV in Watertown, loaded it with alcohol, bought a 9 mm semiautomatic pistol and gave it all to five children ages 12 to 17.

The kids were headed to Detroit but were picked up the next morning in Sioux Falls. Bau was arrested later that day.

She is scheduled to appear at a preliminary hearing on April 12.

This woman is obviously a few sandwiches short a picnic :rolleyes: What kind of a PARENT, let alone an adult, strips for teeny bop boys? As the parent of a boy who falls in that age range I can honestly say that IF he ever was subjected to something like that I would personally rip that mother's face off. Kids have enough crap to deal with in this world and growing up is tough all over without the added trauma of seeing someone's mother get all naked and in your face. Happy Birthday?!?......... How about cheap thrill for obviously sick minded mama? I hope this woman does some time and gets some help. Pills or booze are not an excuse, I can't respond about pills but I can say I've been drunk and have never had the urge to strip my clothes off for a bunch of CHILDREN. Oh, that's right, as a responsible parent I NEVER get that drunk in front of my children. There's something to be said about mandated sterilization, some people just shouldn't be parents. :rolleyes:
