On the innerzone II how does the venting system hold up. Does smoke get inside the goggle?

Also how does the bouton goggles attach to the helmet, is it similar to the cairns clip?

Those cairns goggles are a flop, never can get a good seal around the corners of the googgles.

Don't really know about keeping the smoke out. I wear them strictly for compliant primary eye protection during vehicle extrication and non-scba rescue situations. May need to check with someone who does a lot of grass fires, etc since that's the only time I can imagine you are wearing goggles to keep smoke out of your eyes.

As for the cairns statement, be careful in wiping such a broad brush over things saying they are a flop. I have a guy who has a pair of goggles that he loves to the point that he bought 2 extras in case they stop making them in the future he has replacements(not sure the make, maybe cairns, but that's not important in making this point). Personally I can't stand them, they hurt the bridge of my nose and don't seem to ever stay straight on my face. Goggles are sort of a personal thing due to the shape and size of your face. What fits a 5'7 165 pound guy may not fit the 6'6 300 guy so don't kill a product based on your personal experience.

What I meant was personaly they are a flop for me, with my experience and other people that I have asked. I agree that we all have different shaped melons on our shoulders. Thanks for your input.
