March Cover

Hello...looking for anyone that has additional photos of the fire featured on the March FH cover. It's a great photo, and I was going to use it for a training tool. If anyone was at the fire, or had any info on the layout of the structure, total fire involvement, and how it all went, that would be great! Kudos on a great photo!

Looks like the photographer is a veteran Boston FF with a pretty extensive history of fire photo's. He's on the web on a number of sites with calendars, George Hall's Code Red site, etc. I don't recognize the location of this fire, but I'm sure it was one of a very large number of arson fires that Buffalo dealt with last year. There was an arsonist running loose last year who lit dozens of fires, sometimes several a day, until they eventually caught and arrested him.

Good picture on the cover for March.

I have to wonder what the author meant by the firefighter, breaking a big line. It appears to me that it may be an 2-1/2" or even a 1-3/4" line. I guess is depends on what you call a big line.

We consider a big line as 3 inch and above. Just what we call them.
