I am a firefighter from New Mexico. I will be visiting Las Vegas for a vacation pretty soon (first time). I was wondering if anyone knows if the memorial where you can leave a department t-shirt is still in place ? If so, where is it located ? Also, maybe someone can give me directions to the fire station closest to the Excalibur casino. I am interested in doing some patch trading if anyone there is also. I was told that they rotate the stuff that is on display and everything is brought in everynight and when it rains. Hope this helps, My department has a shirt out thier now.

Hello,

The closest fire station to the Excalibur is Clark County Fire Station 11, 5150 S Las Vegas Blvd. They have a Engine/Rescue there and a another unit I believe. Another station that is close is also the oldest in the Clark County Fire Department, Station 12, 3001 Industrial Rd. It is a old house that was build in the 1950's. Might want to go soon, they are going to be moving out of it very soon.
