I'm just a tad excited! Let's see now. What concerts have I been to? Tragically Hip! Moist, Rymes With Orange and Junkhouse at the First Annual Calgary Rock Awards. First and last, it was a freebie for one and all. That's it for the Saddledome. I've seen 54-40 at the Stampede Coke Stage oh about 7 or 8 years ago and Blue Rodeo at an outdoor event this summer. hmmmmm they all seem to be Canadian bands. Oh yeah and I saw Bush at the Much Music studios in Toronto. Won that trip too *blush* I might have seen the Watchmen at a bar in Jasper. That's really kinda fuzzy. LMFAO!

Think that's about it.

I can honestly say that with the exception of David Bowie, i have never heard of any of the bands you mentioned.

Perhaps its my proximity to the Canadian border, but I have heard of all of the mentioned bands. That and I get Canadian radio stations.

Not sure how good the seats are but who cares, its free and it will be LOUD and it will be BOWIE WOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOO :D Remember where I said the seats were for the hockey game? 2nd Level, Sec. 228 Row 24. These seats are Sec. 222 Row 2 same level but at the other end of the row on the same side of the rink. Taking my binocs LOL!

Actually, if it wasn't for the Canadian stations there wouldnt be much radio in this neck of the woods worth listening to!

You guys are making me feel a little old.....my first concert was Grand Funk Railroad at the Falls Convention Center in the early '70s. Talk about bad acoustics....was like being inside of a metal garbage can!
