In maine we are required to have
MMR plus a Measles titer or a second vacination

Varicella (Chicken Pox) If you have no proof of contracting it.

Hep B the 3 shot series, must have a titer drawn if it has been 10 years from the series.

Tetanus (optional)

TB test one, some companies require 2 if you have never been tested
soem companies require others, like the a Flu shot.

If you are looking for Hep B, I believe (but I can be mistaken) that they are required to offer it.

Just checked my email today, sorry for the delay.

OSHA 1910.1030(f) covers the Hep B vaccination.

Specifically, 1910.1030(f)(1)(i) states that:

The employer shall make available the hepatitis B vaccine and vaccination series to all employees who have occupational exposure, and post-exposure evaluation and follow-up to all employees who have had an exposure incident.

and 1910.1030(f)(1)(ii)(A) states

Made available at no cost to the employee;

Go to http://www.osha.gov/pls/oshaweb/owadisp.show_document?p_table= STANDARDS&p_id=10051 to see the Bloodborne Pathogens Standard.

If you see a parapraph whose title is a link, it links to an interpretation letter.

Seeing how CT is an OSHA State, your employer has to provide you with the opportunity to get a Hep B vaccine.
