Paul Conway Helmet Adjustment

I have a Paul Conway American Classic Fiberglass helmet. I'm having trouble figuring out how to adjust where the head band sits on my head. I'm trying to adjust it to give the helmet a little lower ride on my head. I've read the manual, but its just not working out. If any of you guys have an expierence with this I would really appreciate it.

i admit the manual doesn't do a very good job detailing the procedure you are wanting to do. i adjusted mine close to 2 years ago so I'm attempting to recall how i did it. what i did was where the headband attaches to the helmet i pulled that outward towards me and this allowed me to adjust the height. i think you have to turn one of the pieces sideways to adjust the height. i am like you and like to have the helmet sitting low on my head so the adjustment points are at the very top.
