I am not trying to take ANYTHING away from this day, but it appears that it is Ray's birhtday ,and I just wanted to wish him a HAPPY BIRTHDAY..........anyone else ?

In recognition of your valuable insights and your selfless commitment to helping your brothers and sisters wherever they may be and to continue to be the conscience of your department's brotherhood here and elsewhere and as the memorials and tributes of the events of 9/11/01 are finishing up, I hope that you take some time for yourself. It feels uncomfortable for me to wish you a "happ" birthday, so I will just congratulate you for growing another year older.
