i have taken it, and it seems to be pretty close to real events at a fire. i didnt think it was too hard. i breezed through it until the pike pole event, i passed but that seems to be the hardest part. but overall i think it is a pretty decent test, it makes you really give it all you got. it will be good to weed out the weaker of the candidates.

CPAT is endorsed by the IAFF. Those who can't pass are the ones who are complaining. Ours is a job that you they shouldn't play games with and being PC. When the bell rings and the doors open everyone should be able to do the job no matter what they throw at us.
