How great would it be for the Wild and Stars to meet in the conference finals. The old traitors vs. the new team. Would love that. It would be awesome for the Stars to have to return to MN only to lose out and watch the Wild advance to the Cup finals.

No offence but it would be good for hockey if both "Minnie" teams lost. The Stars because the are one of the "big budget" teams trying to buy a Cup and the Wild because they are a boring Jacques Lemaire coached team, playing the trap. Both teams are bad for hockey.

I am saying this as a hockey purest who likes a fast paced open brand of hockey. The league needs to call the rules and not allow the clutching and grabbing of teams like the Wild. Unfortunately the powers to be in the NHL care more about the almighty dollar than they do about the game.
