Chicago question

Mikeylikesit or someone else, I need a favor. My wife is on a business trip in Chicago and wants to visit a station or two. She is staying at the downtown Chicago Hilton and that is where the confrence is too. Any station downtown near there would be good.

I am not from Chicago, but I used to visit regularly for work. I am pretty sure there is a station about 4 blocks from there. There is one off Congress Parkway, about 3 blocks west of Michigan Ave. She can ask the doorman for directions. I think it is E1/T1's house.

A nice place for a visit would be Engine 13's house, located at 259 N. Columbus. Squad 1 and Bat.1 are also quartered there. Engine 98's house is near the John Hancock building and is a cool old limestone single engine house.
