Hi

The Stony Hill Fire Department is beginning work on a web site, and I know a lot of CT departments already have one. Is there any common host you are all using or did everyone do their own thing ?

We use www.jumpline.com for our web hosting.

They are very nice to work with.

Is that the "Dude, you're getting arrested!" guy from Dell on their front page?

A cheap site is www.your-site.com ($60 for one year).

We currently use the Business Plus plan at www.1stchoicehost.com

Just make sure you find a host that fits your needs.

He's looking for a host, not someone to create the site.

MyHosting.com is great for $10/month.

You can also look at Webhost4life.com for $5/month, but I have never used them so I cannot comment on their quality.
