Firefighter Fitness

What does your department do for firefighter fitness. We have tossed around a few ideas was looking for additional information. We are a paid on call department.

we are looking into starting one ourselves. It is in fact one of the target areas of this years FIRE Grant. Im not looking for Golds Gym, I want it much more simple than that. I'd like to be able to send all my crew to the doc every two years for a complete physical, including ECG, and chest X-Ray's, lab work/blood work, it will help us to ensure that we don't have to run a code while we are working on a fire.

Think preventive, that's what we are going to try and do
