I found her, and she's not at the junkyard!

Those old Macks are great aren't they.
We have 3 of them from the 70's all refurbed and still front line apparatus.

Good to hear Lou! It is good to see 'The Mutha' again. The house and neighborhood look a little different! Was there a move since 1990?

The old E229 looked a lot nicer than the new E229.
Just a Mack fan...

Great you can chase them down again...I probably don't want to know where my retired apparatus are!

Artie...that was beautiful!
The first Engine company I was assigned to had a 1972 Mack CF pumper... damn, I wish Mack would get back in the fire truck business!!!

Now the site wont work. Excessive bandwidth consumption, it says. See that Artie you made them too popular, I will bet their webmaster is wondering why all the sudden they are getting so many hits. ;)

Aah the Mack CF, THE GREATEST FIRE TRUCK EVER CREATED !!!!!!!
At one time the majority of apparatus in Providence were Mack CF, now only Engines 8 and 11, and Tower Ladder 2 remain. Although the former rigs of Engines 2,3,10,14, and 17 are still in reserve and used often. It brings a tear as they replace them. Great hunting Artie!!!!

Don't forget the Reserve Special Hazards Puff, circa 1981.... that thing's in service almost as much as the '92 Ranger/Premfab!
