Why is it that I can't recieve PM's??? I get a message stating that my inbox is full, when in fact there are NO messages in it at ALL!!

Wayne,

Check all your folders...including sent items, etc. This same thing happened to me, and there were PM's hiding in other places.

Look in PM tracking. Lots a space gets wasted there and clean it out

Make sure the pull-down tab is set to "Show all messages". I thought mine was empty too because none were displayed, but it was set to "Show last 15 day". Turns out it was full.
