So come on everyone- it's time to come out of the closet!

Who watched on pay TV or went to the WWE Summerslam on Sunday? (Surely I'm not the only one with a secret passion for wrestling!!!:D )

What did you think of Brock Lesnar defeating The Rock?

lesner had to win, the rock is going to make another movie:p . besides, that wasnt what ticked me. it was HBK beat HHH! i cant believe michaels just popped back up like nothing happened to him! and i wont even get into the deal with the unamericans:mad:

It ain't the same without Stone Cold, but with Kane back and 'Taker on his way to being a 'face, I'm starting to enjoy wrestling again. :D

I'll be MUCH better when Lita comes back, of course......... ;)

I haven't been into wrestling lately because it has gotten too stupid. I've been watching it since the early 80's. Once in a while I watch it, but I am just not as into it as I used to be.

Speaking of Lita...

I ran into Lita, Lance Storm, Jeff Hardy and Matt Hardy at the Cracker Barrel in East Windsor (CT) a while back. They were doing shows in Hartford and Springfield so they were in the area.

Was the sledge hammer in the back for real? People can laugh and crap on about faking it and so on about wrestling, but I saw some pretty painful stuff there that'd be hard to fake no matter how good you were!

I was glad shawn beat Triple H- he deserves it!!

Gotta agree with ya' ColegeBuff re: Stone Cold! Is he going to come back?

I hate to break it to you guys but todays wresling is fake. Things were way better back in the 60's and 70's when rasslin was real. Archie the Stomper Gouldie would have wiped up the mat with todays steroid pumped pretty boys. Hay Stack Calhoun would have whupped any of todays so called big boys and none of todays wimps could have withstood Killey Kowalski's patented 'Claw Hold'.

Yep, back in the good old days when rasslin was real........

Give me a "Ladder Match" or even better, a good old "Bra and Panties Mud Match":cool: any day over your old farts dancing around the ring Man-o-fire2!!!!!

Was the wrestling real, or it just looked like it while you were tripped out on LSD or high after smoking a doobie?!:p

The WWF or WWE or whatever they call it these days has went from good to ridiculous. I WANT ECW BACK!!! Taz, RVD, Tommy Dreamer, the Dudley Boys, they all got thier start in ECW, the greatest wrestling organization there ever was. ECW! ECW!
