Nice avatar! I have that tatooed on my right bicep.
Anyway, I suggested a Sunday nite meeting many moons ago in one of our IACOJ threads, but never heard back from the Prez on it. Didn't make it a motion though. I would only add that maybe the last Sunday of each month to your meeting times and have an agenda.
Oh, and I vote, "Aye".

The meeting went well...we had a "social hour" while waiting for our fellow crusties to arrive...Artie opened up the "virtual bar", specialty was Harp Lager, Bass Ale, Guinness Stout and Black Bush Scotch! 26 was having rum and coke.

Artie aka E ngine Lt, myself, DFD9, Firefighter 26, Temptaker, Cheffie, Kiwi, Dave aka hfd66truck, nightshade, Pipeman and a few others joined in under Anonymous. Motown made a brief appearance, but could not stay, so he popped in and said hello After a moment of silence for our fallen heroes, discussion ranged from therads on the forums to pups to possible t-shirt and IACOJ shirt options and patches.

Feel free to join us next Sunday at 20:00 hours EDT!

Sorry I missed the first meeting. Was assembling a new floor lamp for our bedroom. I'll try to jump in at the next meeting, but will be a little late since 8:00 is bath time at my house and we have a 4 and 2 year old to get into bed.:D

I had to forego the meeting due to a 'person of questionable intelligence' who decided to burn some tires in his back yard.

I am sorry I missed the meeting. Actually, I am not sure if I can even attend the meetings because I havent gotten my offical acceptance from the prez. Anyway, I havent been around lately because I have been busy getting married and moving into my new house. I figured do it all at the same time and get it over with. Am I sick or what? :D

The meeting time sounds great, but I dont have a computer at home yet, so I will have to catch up on what was discussed later.

Excellent idea.

I will join you from this side of the pond at 2000hrs Sunday. I need a BIG diversion, as "she who must be obeyed" has brought a load of paint swatches home, therefore I see darkness and a paint roller on the horizon!! :D Speak to you all soon.

It was a good meeting. Although, I think that Temptaker is still looking for a comitment to a patch or design.

On that note, as soon as we get decide on something we can start production. Maybe a IACOJ pin we can wear on our uniforms next to all those years worth of service pins that some of us have... we could wear it on our collar of our station wear or turnouts as well so it will get crusty.... just an idea....

While I was at this meeting solo, I will do my best to talk Mrs. 26 into coming to the next one... not being a member of the IACOJ she is aware that she isn't allowed to vote or make motions. I guess she could join the paramedic division... she has 15 years, the last 6 as a ALCS paramedic... tough as nails... took two rounds on a call back in November shortly after we met (I will always be thankful that she had her vest on during that call)... don't count on her to help cook... I have YET to see it happen with my own eyes...

Mr. President:

I also missed the meeting, as is said in a post; yeah I'm lost but I'm making good time (Yogi!) and I don't ask for directions, I get there when I get there.

Not sure I have been encrusted, since I was scolded for not remembering you are a brother MA Jake!!!

Nest meeting can we host at my place? I work at a Banquet Hall that can hold 300 Crustacians!! Maybe a little winter party in January or so.
