:( Anyone else have any problems with the Firestore, P& R Products? I recently bought a pair of leather bunker boots that were too big; when I returned them they called and gave me a lot of hassle that the boots were used. I had worn them for a couple of hours to try them out and they had a very small amount of sand on them. P&R Products returned the boots to me, I sold them to another firefighter and purchased a pair of boots from another company, even thought it cost a few dollars more. I wrote a letter to P&R Products and have received no reply yet. If anyone else has had any problems let me know if this is a pattern or just one isolated incident. Thanks.
