When will round 4 take place?

When will the next round of awards take place? I am assuming on the 26th of August, but I'm not sure.

There is really no set date when Round 4 awards will be announced. The only thing we really know is approximately every 2 weeks. So yes, Round 4 should take place on or around Aug 26. Watch Firehouse.com for announcements. They are usually the first to know.

I agree with you toddmcbr firehouse.com and the web team have been doing a fantastic job keeping us up to date on whats going on with the grant process. And as far as round 4 goes, along with round 4 goes more Dear John letters. Lets cross our fingers and hope we dont see one of those. Good luck and BE SAFE

We only have a general idea that it will be most likely (and we stress most likely) sometime next week. Once we know for sure, we will post that anticipate date/time range.

Remember folks, we're only approaching Round 4. Less than 1,000 awards have been made so far, out of an estimated over 5,000 that will be.

How many rounds will there be?

I estimate that if they are handing out awards every 2 weeks and they are going to give them out until December, then there should be somewhere between 10 and 13 rounds. Give or take one or two.:p
