Adze,
When I originally joined Firehouse I was Co11FireGal, the same as now. Don't know quite how I was allowed to register again as the same name. When I forgot my password:rolleyes:, I became Co11FireChic. I hated the name, but couldn't think of anything better. This was quite a while ago. Over a year for Co11FireChic and longer since I originally joined.

Looks like a fine group!! They all seem to have a good attitude and a willingness to accumalate CRUST!!

The only problem is those who answered #3 wrong. I understand most of you are to young to drink, but Guinness is the 1 true beer!! Ya' gotta love a beer that light finds inpenetrable!!

Barring any objections from the higher ups, I deem this group MUTT and pup free, and ready for service!!:D ;)

Since Motown is the crust-o-meter and Adze had been religated to cleaning up after him........I think the explorers are more than up to that challenge. Make sure you wear gloves!

Following up on a PM from an unnamed (to protect the guilty) doughboy:

hello, i was just wondering did all of the Explorers that signed up for the I.A.C.O.J Explorers list/app. did we make it or do we get a email or instant message saying we did? thanks for your time, bye

Per order of the heads of the BMI, all the above applications are accepted with a condition of probation. The probation period will last 6 months. During the probation, any pup/mutt attitude will result in termination from the Explorer program. After your probation, any pup/mutt attitude will result in a warning/suspension/termination (depending upon severity and quantity).

We already have our eyes on some of you...we are watching...DO NOT misbehave! Be afraid...be very afraid!

No, you can not elect officers! You are all equal. You must learn camaraderie and brotherhood. Think of your fellow doughboys first. What happens to them, happens to you. How can you have equality if you have people who are above each other.

Positions and leadership come from respect...and you guys are at the bottom of the Totem Pole.

--------------------------------------------------------------

Some of the requirements for the organization:
* Doing your time as a "lower than whale scat probie" without complaints or regrets.

You, as doughboys, are in your "lower than whale scat probie" status.

* Working together to make the job better rather than fight among each other!

Having officers would lead (most likely) to inner fighting and jealousy within the Explorers.

* Respecting each other in the true spirit of brotherhood/sisterhood.

You must learn this!

Co11FireGal

All that we can ask of you is to uphold the best traditions of the fire service and the IACOJ. Please read the original thread (A new firwfighters orginazation)by our esteemed president, Capt. Gonzo. In it you will find the answers to all of your questions as to how you should behave.

Anyone caught misbehaving will meet with dire consequences!! Remember that the eyes of the BMI are on all of you. We hope to see all of you grow into the crusty ones that are inside of you!!

Good luck!:D
