Looking for an old tv movie.....

I saw a movie ages ago, probably in the 70's.... From what I rememebr it was about an arsonist who set a fire in a hospital.

Some other notable fire realted things I rememebr was that the arsonist tampered with the standpipe by disconecting the standpipe caps and that there was a great slow motion scene of the fire rolling down a long hallway....

I am looking for the name and or a copy if it is available...

Anyone that could help I would really appreciate it.

I beleive the name of the movie was Uncommon Valor and it was set in possibly Salt Lake City, Utah.
