What truck makers are offering commercial or grant program trucks
this year, and what are the listed prices?

Not sure what you're looking for. The FEMA grants for trucks are based on your need not manufacturer's bids. I went to a FEMA workshop Thursday night and once again the said that unless you haven't bought a new truck for a long time and your current fleet is in disrepair, don't expect to win.

Also they are emphasising pumpers, tankers and wild fire trucks. No squirts, quints or aerials.
