Hello all, my name is Ron Heibler and I am a firefighter/paramedic in Wisconsin. I am currently working with the chief of police and the sheriff to try to implement the placing of a paramedic onto the SWAT team. I have researched many a day to get a ton of info, now I am looking to you to hopefully get me the rest. I am looking for any and all protocols and SOP's/SOG's for current medics on SWAT teams. I feel that there is no need to reinvent the wheel here. I hope that you all can help me in my quest for info. Also, if anyone has ben to the CONTOMS course, I would like to get a syllabus of the class, I have loked into attending the class and would like to have a course outline to take to the chief and sheriff. Thanks for your time and effort in this matter. Please feel free to contact me via e-mail: heibs99@hotmail.com

You may try E-mailing the Davis County Utah Sheriff's office. They are a leader in Tactical Paramedic's as the Sheriff's office runs the Paramedics in Davis County.
They may have info for you. They are pretty good to work with. Very helpful.

Charlotte NC has a great SWAT Medic program. You may want to contact the operations manager (Medic 116) @ 704-943-600.
