What is the best treatment for a new cement apparatus floor? Paint/Sealer???

We used an epoxy floor finish which at the time was called Criterion Floors and is now called Firehouse Floors. It has proven to be very much worth the money. We had it applied to our new station during construction and are now trying to work out the budgeting to do a retro job at another station.
