Officer Info

I was just wondering if anyone could give me some suggestions on how many officers an explorer post with about 10 people should have. Any Info would be apreciated. Thanks

Using the span of control, I would recommend 2 officers.

Our explorer post has about 12 members and we have three officers. President and Two Vice-Presidents.

We have three officers in the Jr. Dept. that I help with; Capt. and 1st and 2nd Lt. It's not that we have a lot of members(I think we currently have 10), it just lets the kids learn how to deal with being a leader and working in a chain of command.
