Apparatus Purchase

Our dept. is looking to purchase a HazMat-Rescue Combo unit. We cover an Industrial complex as such need a speciality apparatus. Based on needs E-one Combo and Smeal are leading; however looking for any feedback

I am one of 2 lead purchasers (collaterl assignement) along with the chief. I am very green on this one. Again looking for comments.
