oral board prep.

i'm sure this has been covered here 9 billion times. but i'm looking for somthing to help with the oral and the other tests to get the job.

i'm noob as hell and i just got out of the academy. have my emt too. anyway i've seen captains bobs thing. i've also seen you guys flame him. maybe its decent tho i have no clue

so i'm looking for what everyong suggests. i'm not looking for sellers to try and sell me. so sellers need not reply.

and yes i know i need experiece and i'm applying for on call as well. but i'm going to be applying for fulltime as well until i get what i want.

i have done some searching but it mostly comes up with sellers selling. i wanna know what you guys think. thanks

This is what i did. I asked someone who worked at a department if he could tell what types of questions they ask you and then i went home and had family and friends pretend to be my oral board while they video taped me. Then i would go back and see what i did right and what i would like to change. For me this form helped a lot and gave me a good amount of constructive criticism.

I know there's FREE information out there, but since those sites also sell something, I'm not going to bother looking into them.
