What kind of shifts does Boeing in Ridley Park PA work?

They are now doing 12 hour shifts. That is all I know.

We work 12 hour shifts, split up into four platoons. We work 2 On, 2 Off, 3 On, 2 Off, 2 On, 3 Off. Every other weekend is a three day weekend (Fri, Sat,Sun) and we never work more then 3 days straight. We also get Vacation, Sick and 9 REMHOL days off a year.
