Does anyone know where I can upload a powerpoint show? I have a file that I think would be of interest, it concerns the fire that happened in Quebec City at the College du Militaire a few weeks ago. Its a really finely put together presentation, but I don't know how to display it, and I didnt build it originally so I dont even have the stock photos. :(
Any USEFUL ideas are very welcome.

Rick;
try asking that on IACOJ. I know one of our Brothers from the North East uploaded a PPT of his new highrise packs.
I want to say it was HFD66Truck.....

None of the file choices allowed on here would een be big enough for you to attempt what you would like to share. You could also email it to www.firefighterclosecalls.com and see if Chief Goldfeder will post it.

Hey.
Try uploading it to youtube, maybe just the still pics of each slide. Then you could place the video on here.
Hopefully it will work.
Worth a try.

Those are some breathtaking photos.
I am going to go out on a limb, and assume that the text is just as informative.
I just wish I paid more attention in French class....:rolleyes: :o

This is an absolutely crappy translation from translation.com, but you can get the general idea of what is being said.
Slide 3
As all the Quebec one, I was saddened and horrified in front of inferno extent that attacked a so noble and majestic monument. The military Carousel of Quebec, constructs in 1885 and enlarged in 1913, attracted the look and gave rise to admiration and nobility. Strong of a worthy architecture of a castle by Stained eugène-étienne, the same that conceived the Parliament, it evoked in all his length the pride of the city and of his architect. It decorated so well this corner of the Big Avenue to the Place Georges V for it had plume and prestige as not one. Yes, it was to trust this carousel. Now it remains only a facade, as a movie setting. I hope of all heart that it will reemerge of its ashes and, same blow, will rediscover his title of symbol of beauty of the heritage. One wants to celebrate the 400È with him. There was a lot of our pride through this boss-d one' architecture work. Michel Beaumont, Quebec.

For anyone interested,
My ISP gives each user free web space, so I just uploaded it there and linked to it so anyone can download.
The French was from Freetranslation.com... not the most accurate, but its get the idea across.
That's my big "secret" Rick. :p
